We’re happy to work with you and your staff to customize the following services to your facility's needs.

Further, our support team works directly with your staff to make sure that all patients who need psychiatric care receive it. We do this by carefully monitoring the follow-up schedule as well as checking the patient roster regularly for new orders and for patients on psychiatric medications who may need consultation.

CMS Compliance

Ivy Psychiatry is an expert in CMS regulation with regards to psychotropic medication.

In addition to helping residents reach full mental wellness, our goal is to help you and your team with Medicare compliance so you can achieve deficiency-free OMH surveys.

All of our psychiatric providers receive extensive training in CMS regulations and understand the special considerations of working in a long-term care environment.

Non-Medication Interventions

Ivy can also help facilities better understand and implement non-drug intervention

strategies for residents experiencing dementia-related behaviors.

We have created a user-friendly manual based on the New York Department of Health Edge Program. It outlines simple, evidence-based non-drug interventions for dementia-related behaviors.

In addition to providing this manual to our long term care facilities, we would be happy to provide a free in-service training that orients your staff to this program.
